Egyptian court adjourns trial of Al Jazeera journalists

Pair charged with aiding terrorist organisation, namely Muslim Brotherhood

An Egyptian court has adjourned the trial of two Al Jazeera television journalists.

The pair are charged with aiding a terrorist organisation, a reference to the Muslim Brotherhood.

They are due back in court on March 19th.

A court last month released Mohamed Fahmy, a naturalised Canadian who gave up his Egyptian citizenship, and Egyptian Baher Mohamed, on bail after over a year in detention.
